i would like to share with u ......i have two kids thank for god they dont have any problems with the toilet ........but they like to eat fruit becouse they alwayes saw me and his father eatinig fruit but the reall problem i have they dont like helthy food very much they like chips and sweets more, my older sen is 7 now but hes so thin and the other one is 4 now hes ok but he also not eating very much ......one of my friends got one kid and he mashallah very fat i ask her what u give him she said i only give helthey food and drinks ......she give alot of fresh food and alot alotttttttt of fresh drink and also vitamines ..........am so happy to share my problems with u all
