2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated yellow onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup diced tomato -- optional
In a glass dish, mash the avocados with the back of a
fork. Add the lemon juice, onion, salt, chili powder,
and sour cream. Mix well. Gently stir in the tomato,
if desired. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the
refrigerator until ready to use.
