GRAHAM WAFER CRUST
1 ¼ cup Graham Wafer Crumbs
¼ cup Sugar
½ cup Soft Butter
Press into 8 x 10 Pan.
Bake for 8 mins at 375.
1 Tin Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/3 cup Bottled Lemon Juice
1 Cup Drained Pineapple Tidbits or Fruit Cocktail (Mom uses one can)
1 Can Drained Mandarin Oranges (and cut up)
1 Cup Whipping Cream (before whipping) or
1 Pkg Dream Whip or
1 Tub Cool Whip
Mix condensed milk and lemon juice until thick. Add well-drained, cut up fruit and stir lightly. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over base. Put excess crumbs on top. Chill for several hours before serving.
