How to Make Tubby Toast
1. Toast your bread like you would with any normal piece of toast.
This is a great time to try and use better quality bread
or breads with whole grains.
2. When toast pops up,
remove and spread your peanut butter on as thick or thin as your kids like.
I prefer to butter the toast first, then put the peanut butter on.
It adds calories, but adds to the taste too!
3. Cut off crusts and cut toast in the shape of a circle.
Circular cookie cutters work well too.
4. Top off your "Tubby Toast" with M&M's or jelly beans for eyes and mouth.
Or if you prefer a healthier route, use raisins.
5. Eat an enjoy! watch out! They are habit forming!
