ANTENNAE: With CC cut a 3” length of thread. Fold in half, forming loop. Insert hook into 3rd dc of head, pull loop of thread partly through st, yo with both ends of thread pull completely through loop, tighten.
You may wish to stiffen the antennae with fabric glue, or some commercial stiffener. They can also be made with chain stitches, or thin wire or plastic for a sturdier effect.
ASSEMBLY: Sew each wing to side of body, making sure the wings are symmetrical.
