i had them today or luch they r amazing.
ok wash the meat and marinate it in lemon, vinegar salt , garic, and keep it in the fidge for 3 hours orovernight.
then put them with onion in the oven in a tajen with lid and keep it for 1hour, then you can put some oil in a small cup and put hot charcolin it and close it. and u can serve it .
